We booked it before and do recommend it to everyone. It was very clean, everyone was ACCOMMODATING. Regards to your maid. Truly enjoyed that WiFi and free wireless internet access were included. Great customer service too.

Close to the city center and a bus stop. Our room had a sunny balcony. If we return to Hanoi we would return anytime. The area contains some restaurants like che xoan quan within 5 minutes' walk
